Hi,

I am requesting stop signs on Northbound and Southbound Dougherty at the 11th Street intersection, adjacent to Hadley Middle School.  Everyday I see cars careening through there, not even slowing down.  It's been this way for 40 years and I don't understand it, especially with a school there and all those kids.

Recently, I was headed east on 11th Street, and watched a car approaching the intersection northbound, never slow down, almost slamming into me.  This happens frequently.  Watch that intersection, especially at busy times and it is near-accidents many times.  Plus, most drivers are on phones now and not paying attention.

Please, place stop signs on Dougherty to get drivers to slow down.  11th Street should be the default straight-thru due to Dougherty having a bit of a jog to it and houses on the corners blocking the site lines.
