Description

The Tree in question was damaged in a previous storm. As one of the photos will show a large piece missing due to that storm. The damage has caused the tree to split into several places along the truck. When there are low winds the tree can be heard cracking as if it’s going to split in half at any given time. Cause for concern if higher wind speeds are preset or possibly heavy icy conditions persist. The Tree needs to be inspected to determine its health moreover the safety of human lives and property. An additional photo was added to determine  the easement and if this is a city of Wichita's concern.
