Description

Hello, each weekday from 4:30-5:30 there are a large number of cars turning west onto 45th street from the northbound lane on Hillside (a lot of cars are from people leaving Koch Industries after work).  The left turn light turns on correctly, but often times there are only 4-6 cars that are able to turn left before the left turn light goes off and often times there is still a line of 8-10+ cars waiting far enough back that they overflow from the turn lane into one of the main lanes in the road.  I appreciate any help you may be able to provide on this, thanks and let me know if you have any questions for me!
