Description

Two trees with faint orange spray paint marks on the trunks need trimmed or cut down. 
Both are on city property along Elm street between Terrace and Pershing. The eastern most tree is touching and grown around the power lines to my house as well as the other lines coming out of the utility poles along Elm street. This one also has a large branch hanging over to the other side of the street and is dropping smaller limbs and bark chuoks into the roadway. The western most tree is also grown up into the lines coming out of the utility poles. 
I'd request they both be cut to stumps as they will continue to grow up into the lines and need continued maintenance.
