Description

Very large dead tree on west side of the sidewalk, south of the stop sign (it has a big hole in it next to the sidewalk). Limbs keep falling out of it. There are currently limbs down in the street and on the curb from this tree, also there are limbs in the front of this decrepit old house that are from the city trees east of this tree, which is also located between the sidewalk and the street. These trees are located across the street from Riverside Elementary School and right next to the school crosswalks. Southeast corner of N Porter AVE and W Harrison Ave. When the wind blows you can smell the old smoke from this burnt down house and the city won't do anything about it!
