Description

Some time back they resurfaced 13th from Hoover west to Zoo.  Shortyl thereafter they cut a couple dozen trenches across 13th.  Have no idea why.  All along 13th, Zoo to Hoover, is a series of inverted speed bumps.  
In front of, and on either side of 5201 W 13th , is MY major concern.  Big trucks, semis come high-balling both directions around the corner at 13th/Hoover.  When they hit those inverted speedbumps in front of, and ont either side of 5201 W. 13th, my house shakes like we just had a temblor. Not just a bump, but continues to shake for a few seconds until truck has gone on by.  Been going on for years and I have just tolerated it.
Time to flatted out the ruts
A soon as the city paved Hoover from Central to 13th it became a racetrack.  Countless cars/trucks have wrecked going around that curve.  Speed limiit is 30, they're running 40-50.  I have been passed while doing the speed limit in this area.  It is nigh on impossibe to back into, or out of my driveway, because of the fools speeding around this curved.  Have reported this before, to no avail.
Please repair the street so 5201 W 13th doesn't rattle like an earthquake happening.  Thank you.
