Description

I have had multiple issues with detection when trying to drive over Kellogg at 143rd, it has happened primarily driving straight from the South to North side across Kellogg on 143rd but has also happened going straight from North to South.  I have had to sit through many cycles, last night it was 4, of the light, if no other cars are around and it doesn't detect that I am there until another car comes along.  I ended up having to turn right on Kellogg on red and going down to Andover, it was frustrating.  This was about 10:30 pm
