Description

The new property owners who live at 11926 E Tipperary St, Wichita, KS 67206 seem to have a water sump pump discharge problem. The water on the side of their house drains frequently throughout the day and floods the yard. Even with their sprinklers off. This happens all day and all night.
There is so much water, it floods our backyard and our front yard.  The water pours onto our driveway and into the street. The water goes down the ENTIRE street of Tipperary.

I've attached photos and videos to show exactly what I am referring to as their drainage/flooding issue. Photos from November and currently this winter. 

I can provide a video showing the water draining in action upon request.
