Description

Eastbound lanes are the least used, and used to get the least amount of time, or were skipped if there was no traffic, especially during off hours.  Now they always get the green, for the maximum time, even if there are no cars there, like the camera always sees a lot of cars there.  The northbound will often, but not always, turn green if it has no cars at night.  If northbound lanes are skipped, it switches to eastbound (even with no cars there) so fast that the eastbound cars turning south get caught by a red light on the south side of the overpass.  Thanks for your help.  I get off work at 2am and we live near this intersection.
