Description

It was very hard for me to pinpoint the location on the map. When you are on West Central looking East at the traffic light at I-235 to go North on I-235. When you pull up to this light and sitting there waiting for the light to turn green it will turn green but you have to wait for about 3 or more minutes before you get a green arrow I can understand if pull up to this intersection as the light has turned green but when you have been sitting here for minutes waiting for the light to turn green most all other intersections if you were sitting there before the light turn green you will get a green arrow.
