Description

I leave work on North Webb Rd between 4:30 and 5 p.m., travel south and get on Eastbound 96.  The turn light to get on 96 only allows 1-2 cars to turn at a time causing a huge backup.  Yesterday it took me 6-7 light cycles to even get to the light itself.  People are getting so frustrated they are just turning after the turn arrow is gone causing a potential wreck.  In addition to that people traveling northbound on Webb are trying to get into the turn lane to turn west bound on 96 and can't because of the long line of cars waiting on the above referenced light.  Please fix this issue before there is a serious wreck.
