Description

I have a tree on the property line between mine and my neighbors house. It looks like it has limbs that could fall and it’s making increasing creaky sounds. Most of it overhangs the neighbors roof but a few hang over my driveway where I usually park my car. I have not been able to get ahold of the neighbor to discuss this, I’m not sure if anyone lives there. I’m nervous to call someone to trim it over their house. Would you know the best way to resolve this? If the large limb falls it could easily damage their house because it’s so close.
