Description

K96 and Oliver intersections, the traffic lights on both north and south of k96.

The light cycles all lanes of traffic multiple times before the light turns green for the northbound traffic. It also will not cycle late at night or early morning when little to no traffic is present, you could end up sitting and waiting for 3-5 minutes for a green light (all directions). 

The intersection light cycle needs to be recalculated or a different system to detect traffic needs to be implemented.
