Description

It just took several cycles to get through the light at 21st and 96 going west on 21st.  And I didn't start counting until I passed Founder's Circle's light.  And it is just as bad going east on 21st.  There is not a single light on the rest of my commute that is this bad.  People are making illegal U-turns because this is such a point of pain.  I think it has finally gotten bad enough to warrant your attention.  Thank you!
