Description

The signal that stops the MacArthur traffic is much much longer than than the signal stopping Gold traffic even tho Gold has very few if any vehicles.  I have seen several cars run the red light due to the length of the red light.  The light for MacArthur barely allows 4-5 cars thru before it changes to red again, yet the Gold traffic light is green for a very, very long time, even with not a single vehicle at the light.  Very irritating at 5:30 AM commute to work to approach this light, especially to see cars run the light after tired of waiting.
