Would you please direct me to whomever could help me with our problem, our next-door neighbors Landlord had a tree cut back from over the house he owns in doing so the huge tree became top heavy on our side, on our side the tree has died and it's starting to break in places and quite possible the large limbs will fall onto our home, since the tree is on his property line is he responsible for damages caused or are we responsible for whatever hangs on our side.
