Description

I tried finding the proper place to submit a request but this is the best I could find.  Hope it gets to the proper persons.

The fountain next to River Vista Apartments is not working and hasn't been for a while. I live right behind the fountain and it makes a banging noise around 5:30 am every morning.  I looked for the noise and found it was coming from the rust remover unit. If it would stop, it would be greatly appreciated.

It would be better if the fountain was working again.

Also, there is a green street sign for the museums in the fenced area behind the fountain.

There IS no lock on the street side gate for access to the area behind the fountain.

There IS no lock on the river side gate for access to the front area of the fountain.
