Description

I have noticed due to recent rainfall that the ground is significantly washing out where a light pole is located.  Light pole is east of N. Rutan St., on the north side of 2nd East Second street and located at the driveway of the neighbors house located east of my house at 3400 E. 2nd. st.  I do have video of a significant amount of water running up and over the curb during rainfalls, but not able to share from my computer.  

The second issue is there tends to be a consistent gravel and debris accumulation at the north east corner of N. Rutan St. and E 2nd St.  Due to this regular accumulation, I feel it poses a possible risk to those pedestrians using the western bound bike lane and or the sidewalk cross walks.  I don't see it ever gets remediated with a street cleaner or anything of that sorts, but there seems to be a drainage issue causing the sediments and other debris to accumulate there and just seems risky to pedestrians.  

I know you are likely busy with many requests, I do not consider this an emergency, but think it is worth your time to check into it at some point.
