Hello, I contacted you about a year ago in regards to a large tree that keeps loosing it's limbs. It is a city tree that is over part of the street and over the sidewalk. It had lost a large and very heavy limb at that time to where it had fallen on our fence and was covering the sidewalk (luckily it did not hit anyone in the head). It was heavy enough to bend the fencing down almost to the ground. Well today it has lost another limb not as large but large enough that it would have hurt someone had they of been hit by it. The man that came out and looked at it said you could not cut it down but it does have alot of dead in it and you would be here to cut the dead out and trim it back. We still have not seen anyone even when the tree crews were in the area they did not come. I would like for you to come and take care of this tree PLEASE! The limb is across the sidewalk for you.
