Description

I was driving east bound on 13th street and they had road work signs ahead and the work zone was not set up right the delineators was setting up on the curb and the taper was not put out on the street to avoid the sink hold they forgot to set up a taper and I hit the sink hole and it cause front end damage of my truck. I was off work and I called my supervisor and reported it and told him what happened then he let me know that the water department was the ones responsible for not setting up a taper but only setting up the signs, then I went up to the water department and let them know about it and they told me that they would get back to me. I worked for street maintenance and my supervisor is Reggie Perez.
