Description

Today we have had very little rain.  The street at 13th and Emporia dips down and water builds up in the curb area and cars splash water on the building and floods the inside of the building every time. This has been going on for over three years.  The street need repaired here so that the water will flow towards the drain and not pool. I already paid to have the street shut down so that I could verify how the water was getting in. I'm consistently paying to have carpets cleaned and water removed. I've paid over $400.00 to have the street shut down.
