Description

This intersection has an unnecessary amount of severe T-bone wrecks per year, typically during rush hour. When vehicles travel south bound on Topeka Street, with the intention of crossing or merging onto 13th Street, they risk a collision because of the number of blind spots from stationary and moving traffic (especially prevalent during rush hour). 

These collisions, and the lives that they are endangering, can be prevented with a street or traffic flow modification. 

Request:
If the north side of the 13th and Topeka St. intersection were to become a dead end, and that north section of Topeka St. became a two-way street for residents, this issue would no longer exist.
