Description

Regarding the property at 2501 North Broadway, on the west side of the property (actually sits on Market Street side at 24th Street), There is a large spray painted crown with "VLB 22" painted inside the crown.  We are having our maintenance painter cover the graffiti within 2 to 3 days of the time that we notice it.  It is happening so often, 2 to 3 times a week, and it costs us the labor of our painter every time he has to do a cover up. We also have the property across the street to the west, which is Nomar Self Storage and the storage units that face the street are getting gang graffiti spray painted just as often if not more.  Since our painter may have it covered up before anyone from the city can come to our property, I am going to try and attach a photo.
