Speak or Comment at a City Council Meeting

All City Council meetings are open to the public and meet on each of the first three Tuesdays of the month at 9:00 a.m. Public comment is allowed during the Public Agenda portion of the meeting, which is limited to thirty minutes.

 

Note that no action will be taken on items presented other than a referral for information. Requests to appear will be placed on the schedule on a “first-come, first-served” basis. No speaker is allowed to appear more often than once every fourth meeting, and each speaker is given five minutes to speak.

 

To speak at a meeting, submit a request to speak before twelve noon on the Tuesday before the council meeting (at least one week in advance).  To submit the request online, select the link below.
