Reopen a Service Request in AccessWichita
If contact information is included on a request, a notification is sent when the issue is resolved. If the contact information includes an email address, there is an option in the email notification to reopen the service request if necessary.
To reopen a service request, select the link Reopen my service Request from the text of the email.
Your system will launch a new outgoing email with the address and subject lines already filled in. Add information about why the item should be reopened and then select Send.
The service request will be reopened and another notification will be sent when it is resolved.
