Change AccessWichita Account Information
Take the following steps to view or change your AccessWichita account information:
- Sign in to AccessWichita, select the drop-down arrow next to your name, and then select Profile.
- When the Profile screen displays, make any desired changes and then select Save Changes.
Note: the new account information will be used on new service requests that you create after making the change. The change is not made to any Service Requests that were already entered before the change was made. If contact information needs to be changed for an open request, please contact us by using the Contact Us link located at the bottom of any AccessWichita screen.
