Water Bill: How to Cancel AutoPay

Follow the instructions below to cancel automatic payment of your water bill.  

Select this link to go to the Water Utilities Customer Care page (link.wichita.gov).

1. On the Water Utilities Customer Care page, select "Login."

2. Enter your user name and password and then select 'Login'.

3. After logging in, from the options on the left side of the Water Utilities Customer Care screen, select "Auto Pay Sign Up."

4. Read the terms of agreement and then scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Auto Pay."

5. On the AutoPay screen, select "Edit."

6. The Edit AutoPay Setup screen will display.  On the Edit AutoPay Setup screen, select the button for "No, I do not want AutoPay" and then select "Save this AutoPay Setup."
