Atwater Neighborhood Resource Center
The Atwater Neighborhood Resource Center provides services to neighborhood residents including:
- Free computer use
- Free internet access
- Free Wi-Fi (internet) hot spot rentals
The center also provides access to City staff and community resources. Seasonal special community programs include Income Tax Assistance, Filling the Gap Lunches for Kids, and Operation Holiday registration.
