Grease Control Program Information

The City's Grease Control program exists to protect Wichita's sewer lines from deterioration and stoppages due to Fats, Oils, and Grease.

All food service businesses which are served by the sewer system are subject to the grease ordinance.  In most instances, food service establishments must have a grease interceptor. For more information, select the link below.
