Complete Closure of I-235 from N. Meridian to I-135 is scheduled to begin at 9 pm on Friday evening and could remain closed until as late as 6 am on Monday the 22nd. More information

Public Library to Host Jennifer Pharr Davis

River Events Cancelled

Due to high flow rates, the Floatin' on the River Senior Kayaking Tour scheduled for July 19 has been cancelled.  There will also be no kayak or stand up paddle boards available for renting on July 20.

New Stadium to Include Extended Netting

The City of Wichita has announced that the new stadium will include protective netting from home plate to both foul poles.  The decision marks the first time a new Triple-A stadium has incorporated this safety feature in its construction plans.

Rentable Electric Scooters Deployed
